Using Secure Dataroom, you implement shared processing of your business documents throughout multiple locations, and you do it online with a high level of security and without user restrictions.

With Secure Dataroom, you get a web-based data room, in which you not only put your company-relevant documents, but can also process them between different companies with multiple users and with a high level of security. In this way, collaboration with partners and suppliers is facilitated, and the approval process is measurably shortened. While you process your documents, you have many document management features available to you in Secure Dataroom over the servers of our computer centre. Using these features, you access your documents comfortably over the Internet.

Secure Dataroom is available in two versions:

Secure Dataroom Entry

Secure Dataroom Entry makes shared work on documents of any type easy and inexpensive throughout the company and beyond: Up to 30 participants compile contracts, presentations or records over the Internet with an easy to use online application - as transparently as if they were in the same room.

Secure Dataroom Solution

The Secure Dataroom Solution offers a variety of additional functions as an extension of Secure Dataroom Entry. For example, increased security standards such as strongly encrypted document delivery or token-based access control. To give you a better overview, the different versions of your documents are saved and represented chronologically. There is no limit to the number of users in different datarooms.
